List rollouts

List Feature Flight v2 rollouts with optional filters. Returns rollout summaries including current state and feature flags.

Parameters

`featureFlag`	`string`	no	Filter by feature flag name
`runningStatus`	`string`	no	Filter by running status: Queued, Running, Paused, Pending Approval, Ready To Burn In, Cancelled, Completed
`maxResults`	`integer`	no	Maximum number of results to return (default: 10, max: 500). Each rollout is ~12KB. Default: `10`
